The official box of National Nest Box Week. Hand-made in sustainably sourced North American cedar.
This is the nest box with 26mm entrance hole, this smaller hole restricts access to blue, marsh and coal tits, and possibly wrens. All other species will be excluded by the smaller entrance.
There is a 32mm hole option which will also allow access to slightly larger birds including great tits, redstart, nuthatch, pied flycatcher, house sparrow and tree sparrows.
Front opens easily for cleaning. Site away from prevailing winds and strong sunlight, preferably in a north to south easterly direction. Clean in autumn after the breeding season and before winter roosting.
