Choose a quiet area away from prevailing wind and locate within cover. Using protective gloves, place leaves and short grass around the Hogilo plus two handfuls of short dry grass and leaves inside the box to start a nest. Note gloves should be worn not only for protection but to prevent the transfer of human scent. Ensure that all hedgehog access points under garden fences are unobstructed.
